By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these TOS.

Copyright of all art still belongs to me and may be used on my social media platform(s), along with being used as portfolio and commission examples.

The commissioner is allowed to repost their commission(s) to their social media platforms, as long as the art is credited back to me.

Commissions may not be used commercially without prior agreement.

Works-in-Progress (WIP) will be periodically shown to the commissioner for approval/feedback. Changes will not be made after a WIP has been approved.

Payment is required upfront via Paypal and is nonrefundable if art has been completed.

Chargebacks will result in being blacklisted and appropriate steps will be taken with Paypal.

I work slowly. Rush orders will require an additional fee.

I reserve the right to decline a commission if I am not comfortable with the subject matter.
